Our Story

Papzi was born from a simple realization. The way we share event photos has not kept pace with how meaningful those moments are.

At our own wedding, we planned everything with a guest-first mindset. The people in the room mattered to us; every detail of our celebration itself. After attending many weddings over the years, we noticed the same pattern every time: guests rarely received photos, and shared albums often left them sorting through hundreds of pictures that weren't relevant to them. We wanted our own guests to have a better experience.

When the event ended and the photos came back, the disconnect became clear. What should have felt effortless became unexpectedly complicated. Getting the right photos to the right people required manual sorting, guessing, and sending individual messages that felt disconnected from the experience itself.

This raised a simple question: Why does something so meaningful feel so hard to share? We realized the issue wasn't photography. The real gap was everything that happens after the photos are taken.

Most tools focus on capturing images or managing workflows. Very few consider the moment when guests are waiting, hosts are overwhelmed, and the emotion of the event has already passed. Papzi was created to close that gap by making photo delivery intuitive, personal, and immediate for everyone involved.

We believe sharing photos is part of the event experience, not an afterthought. That belief guides everything we build.

Our Belief

Memories deserve to reach the right people in a simple, personal way.
